How We Work

We regard land as an invaluable resource and are committed to ensuring it is developed with care and purpose.

  • If you own land and think it may have development potential, the first step is a free assessment. We review planning policy, housing need, site constraints, access, and deliverability. There is no cost, no obligation, and no pressure to proceed.

  • If the land is suitable and both parties wish to proceed, we enter into a clear and fair land promotion agreement. You remain the landowner at all times. We cover the reasonable legal costs involved in putting the agreement in place.

  • Once an agreement is in place, we fund and manage the planning process in line with the agreed strategy. This includes Local Plan promotion and commissioning technical studies.

  • Our planning-led approach focuses on securing outcomes that significantly increase land value. We keep you informed and involved in all the key decisions.

  • Once planning allocation status is secured, the land is marketed to suitable developers to achieve the best possible price. We only take an agreed share once the land is sold. Until a sale completes, you owe us nothing.
